What comes in my delivery?

Your SnapWag Craft Dog Food Box arrives with your selection of craft dog food, the SnapWag Bowl & Scooper Set, a toy or treat, and a donation of 2 meals to a dog in need. You can also add-on awesome items like our Toy & Treat Box, accessories, and Shake & Wag Dog Food Seasoning!

What if I have special circumstances?

Here at SnapWag, we take pride in our customer service. If you require greater customization of your shipments,  we are happy to accommodate your requests as best we can. Give us a call, send us an email, or live chat with Cooper.

What if my dog doesn't like it?

We're so confident you (and your pup) will love SnapWag that we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don't, just send back your box for a full refund. There are never any commitments, fees, or hidden costs.

Do I have to receive a shipment every month?

Absolutely not! At SnapWag, we don't lock you into 30-Day Autoships. You can adjust your SnapWag Craft Dog Food Box to deliver when you actually need it. For example, you can change your frequency to every 45 days, every 60 days, etc. 

Is your dog food grain-free?

Yes! SnapWag only uses high-quality, grain-free ingredients in our craft dog food.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes! If you need to place a hold on, skip, or edit your shipment for any reason, just log in to your account where you can manage your subscription. 

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! There are absolutely no commitments or contracts. You can cancel your subscription for any reason with no cancellation fees.

How do I log in to my account?

If you did not create an account during check out, you can create one by selecting “Create Account” on the My Account page. Just enter the same email address you used to place your order on SnapWag.com and your account will magically update with all of your information!

How do I change my frequency/delivery settings?

  • Log into your account by clicking the My Account icon at the top right corner of the website, or by clicking here.

    • Once inside your account, select "Manage Subscriptions" and then select “Edit” next to the subscription you'd like to change.
